We are gated and ring fenced by our own land, aloft from roads, reality and regular. No walk-ups, no strangers, just hens to gossip.

Our Hill sits a few miles north of Gloucester, the ancient crossroads of England, and just south of Tewkesbury, overlooking Cheltenham and the Cotswolds surrounds.
A network of paths connect us to the lush floodplain of the Severn, snaking its way between the Cotswolds and Malvern Hills.
