Private hill & valet
Our Hill sits a few miles north of Gloucester and just south of Tewkesbury, facing Cheltenham and the Cotswolds. We are Baby Friendly, Dog Friendly, Family Friendly and Party friendly!
Our on site valet, friendly Myles, takes care of all your al fresco and indoor dining set ups prior and during your stay. He is also there to stock fire pits, set up BBQs, service pool and hot tubs, set up the nightclub, lawn sports and games.
Choose a weekend (3pm Friday – 11am Sunday) or a midweek Midweek (3pm Tuesday – 11am Thursday) subject to availability, below.

- Sports lawn with equipment for football, tennis, soft cricket & badminton
- Front lawn for drinks receptions and soirées
Food & drink service
We have eschewed on site catering to deliver value with service for you to self cater with ease.
We then stock fridges, freezers, chillers and larders with food, snacks. hot and cold beverages across the farm ahead of your arrival. We stock your private bar with your own alcohol. Send it ahead or bring it with you!
We charge £90 per adult, £50 per child 5-16 including full site provisioning and set up for two breakfasts, two evening feasts, 24 hour all day snacking, hot and cold beverages.
Experiences
Myles will arrange a ‘get to know you call’ prior to your stay to co-ordinate your stay and gain an understanding of your preferences.
We can arrange a series of experiences, to include:
- Clay pigeon shooting
- Yoga, pilates etc.
- G&T tasting sessions
etc.

Payment
The hire fee is payable on booking, by bank transfer.
Cancellation
100% refundable up to 12 weeks prior to booking, 50% refundable up to 8 weeks prior and non refundable thereafter.
WINTER SEASON RATES
INCLUDES UP TO 25 GUESTS
Exclusivity of venue including all spaces, facilities and accommodation, with exceptions of four yurts and camping. It also includes site valet for up to 25 guests. Please note the swimming pool is closed.
Payment
50% of the hire fee is payable on booking, by bank transfer. The balance is due 12 weeks prior to booking.
Cancellation
50% refundable up to 8 weeks prior and non refundable thereafter.
Reservations
After issuing a reservation confirmation with terms and conditions and payment details, we will hold the date for 48 hours to allow you time to review and book. Please indicate if you would like a call back in the meantime.
