Value We are late in releasing dates and so can offer great value late availability through the summer.

Hospitality Great choices of farm food and refreshments from 8 until late. We discuss and agree catering wishes and requirements before your event. The guest fee of £45 / night allows for a range of great options for evenings and breakfast.

RATES
Rates
The accommodation is charged as listed to which the evening dining experience and breakfast is charged at £45 / adult and £25 / child 5-14. Pets are charged at an additional £10 per night.
Payment Terms
50% payable on booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellations
For exclusive hire, bookings are 100% refundable up to 12 weeks prior to booking, 50% refundable up to 8 weeks prior and non refunable thereafter.
FLEXIBLE ORGANISER TERMS
Rates comprise of a hire fee and a guest fee. The guest fee covers party catering and breakfast service.
To secure the dates, we simply require 50% of the hire fee payable on booking. 50% is payable 8 weeks prior to the hire.
The nightly guest fee of £45 per person is due 8 weeks prior to booking. This can be collected by the organiser or by ourselves on your behalf via an event specific online payment portal that we set up free of charge.
This portal can allow organisers to offset as much or little of the event costs to their guests, while managing all guest registrations, dietary requirements etc.
