We are building a small tight team of professionals  to sing in tune to the ethos, hosting a unique sanctuary away from the normal, and to actively grow the project. Bar, restaurant & kitchen operator

Start date 3 March 2025 (ahead of April opening)

We are transitioning to a new operational framework ahead of our April 2025 opening.

We are now seeking a committed individual or a couple to operate the food and beverage operation on site as their own business. Their business will be responsible for operating the bar, catering, Revival Restaurant and guest services.

We are open for this opportunity to be either kitchen or bar led (or both, if a couple), but previous experience and success in managing a combined operation is essential.

Somewhere more than a pub, a restaurant, an events venue, a camping and glamping retreat. Somewhere more than a lease..

They will operate within the prepared standard operating procedures and quality controls, brand values and ethos.

They will be responsible for recruiting their own team and managing as their own business. However, all equipment, fixtures, fittings, processes and systems, supplier channels etc. are in place ready to go.

Furthermore, there will be a full and growing book of events, gatherings, parties and resident guests to cater for.

They will liaise with, and be supported by, our Hospitality & Venue Manager, who is responsible for the overall site and accommodation operation, guest booking and event management services, venue promotion and overall guest experience.

Hospitality, Venue & Values Manager

Start date Monday 3 February 2025


In 2025, the owner is stepping back from all day to day operations, to focus on his core business and to write a book.

This new position is therefore pivotal and demands the personality, experience and all round calibre to manage and inspire and enforce standards and values across full time and part time seasonal employees, suppliers and contractors.

They will also be working closely with the kitchen and bar operators, while working directly for the owner.

Beyond great interpersonal skills and a lovely way with people, they require an eye for detail and the skillset to compile and manage essential financial and performance reporting and forecasting for weekly management and monthly business meets.

The person will need to be in unison with and fully supportive of the brand values and vision and excited to bring to the table their own ideas.
