Ground breaking end to end developments of backbone systems enabling realtime tracking and booking of private air charter, interfacing with brokers, operators and flight management systems.

Developed from the gound up, the first and only global escrow platform enabling secure global airtime minutes trading for our New York client, successfully trading $millions monthly. 

Early pioneers of the interactive on pack promotion, devising and excuting every facet of an award winning national campaign for Kerrygold (butter), the most successful on pack promotion for dairy of its time. 

Tasked by and delivered an end to end provenance of origin supply chain solution to the Irish border Brexit challenge, presented to Michael Gove and team at DEFRA and securing a signifgicant trial status (later aborted due to unforseen politcal changes).

From a three page starting brief, we developed the NEST system enabling OWL therapy to lately become the leading provider of ADHD  services to the NHS.

Developed and continue to grow multi site management system underpinning critical growth stages of Greene King and others:  controlling, securing, managing and reporting billions of turnover monthly across all income, expenditure (including payroll) and advancing AI methodology in all but name from 2018.

Successful label formats and TV concepts – pioneers of the BDMAs (ITV, 1998) and The Special Force (C4).

We were pioneers of the then new coded membership card, core to my successful rebrand and redevelopment of the NFU memebership renewal pack in the 1990s, leading to working with many organisations since. Latterly, we have repurposed the QR code for dynamic supply chain tracking. 

Developed Happerley project to enable consumers to track the journey of their food, developing proprietorial software applied across over 500 Coop retail outlets amongst many others. 

Transformed a  one person business into the world’s leading supplier of level crossing systems, then the smallest business to be awarded both Queen’s Award for Innovation & Export.

Significant experience in this sector, being the first and only to enable 02 and subsequently Vodafone to integrate all aspects of their mobile management and billing through second tier B2B providers.
